Food is our Medicine – Real Food Matters

Your Chefs: Vicki Sarnoff, CHC and Irma Jennings, CHC

Every time we open our mouth, we make a choice:

How do I feed my body today?”

Every single bite of food feeds every part of your body from your:

organs, blood chemistry, muscles, hormones, nervous system,

your bones and your immune system.

Our cooking classes use organic, locally grown, non-GMOs, mineral and vitamin-rich foods.

When you eat right for your body you eat right for you life.
